HIJACKED



Israel is the very embodiment of Jewish continuity: It is the only nation on earth that inhabits the same land; bears the same name; speaks the same language; and worships the same God that it did thousands of years ago. You dig the soil and you find pottery from the time of King David; coins from the time of Bar Kochba, and 2,000-year-old scrolls written in a script almost identical to the one spoken today. Israel is constantly being rediscovered by ongoing archeological evidence.

 

The vast majority of the so-called “Palestinians” were originally immigrants who streamed in from all over the Muslim world from the 1830’s to 1947. They have a non-existent history: There has never been a land known as Palestine governed by Palestinians; when was Palestine founded?;  how did it get its name, as the letter “P” doesn’t exist in Arabic; what was the Palestinian currency?; why doesn’t the Koran mention Palestine once/anywhere?

 

The name Palestinian has been hijacked by Islamists. It originally referred to the Jewish land of Israel. My second husband who was born in Israel in 1929, had the name “Palestinian” stamped on his Identity card. During WW2, the brigade of Jewish soldiers fighting with the Allies, was called “the Palestinian Brigade”. 

 

A senior PLO official Zuheir Mohsen, interviewed by James Dorsey, in 1977, stated: “Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people. Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct ‘Palestinian people’ to oppose Zionism”.

The main problem for the World generally, and Israel particularly, is not with the bogus land claims of the faked "Palestinians" but their unacceptable, murderous  actions flowing directly from the teachings of Islam, whoever and wherever they are - Arabs, Iranians, Pakistanis, Indonesians, etc. In spite of the countless violent crimes committed in the name of the "Palestinian cause" by jihadists and their supporters, it does not deter many Western nations from giving them support and aid .

At its peak, Christians made up 20 percent of the Middle East population, today they represent 6.5 percent - due to harassment, torture and murder. Muslim nations persecute and reject Jews, Christians and all non-believers. 

We were blind-sided three times by the “Palestion Liberation Organisation”: In 1993, Shimon Peres, the Labour Party Foreign Minister, secretly flew to Oslo, Norway. The consequent agreement outlined a peace process between Israel and Palestine. It concluded in the establishment of an interim Palestinian government within both the Gaza Strip and the “West Bank” (Judea and Sameria). In the same year, Yitzhak Rabin, on behalf of the Labour Government of Israel, recognised the PLO as a legitimate authority, representing the Gazan Arabs. The third disastrous mistake was Prime Minister, Ariel Sharon, handing over the Gaza Srip to them in 2005 - and look what happened!

We should all be grateful to the Trump administration for turning the tables on decades of failed negotiations and reminding the world of an elementary truth. The absence of peace is not due to the Israeli’s who pursue it, but to the “Palestinians” who have always opposed it.
